DON’T ENTER THE ATTRACTION:

• If you suffer mental health issues
• If you are prone to seizures
• If you have respiratory conditions, neck or back injuries recent or current fever or flu-like symptoms, high blood pressure, any broken bones, heart conditions or asthma
• If you have consumed alcohol, drugs, are wearing a cast/braces, or need the use of a crutch 
• Do not attend if you are pregnant.
• If you are not physically fit and not able to walk long distances over terrian

Hour of Darkness Haunted Trail has the right to refuse admission to anyone.

Patrons will experience intense lighting and audio effects, strobes, fog, low visibility, and overall a physically demanding environment.

You will be denied admission if you are intoxicated, or impaired.

Cameras are not allowed. No smoking. No running. No touching actors or props.

NO REFUNDS. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Actors do jump out to startle and scare you. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending Hour of Darkness Haunted Trail

Attendees agree to release Hour of Darkness Haunted Trail, officers, members, employees, volunteers, and Pack Farms from any liability from harm, injury, damage, death, or expense that may arise directly or indirectly are from attending any Hour of Darkness Haunted Trail.

Do not touch the actors/employees and we WILL NOT touch you. Please dress accordingly.
